I was talking with some colleagues a few weeks back and we were concerned about how much negativity we are hearing in the news regarding the real estate sector and the economy in general. We decided that someone needed to find a way to bring a little levity to the current atmosphere. That is when I decided to start a search for the 100 Sexiest Real Estate Professionals in America.
Here are the guidelines:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older
2. Work in ANY capacity with-in the Real Estate Industry (Affiliates and Partners are allowed)
3. Nominations must be received by Midnight on Dec. 31, 2008 (Polls open until February 1, 2009 with results being announced on Valentines Day)
4. Self nominations are acceptable
5. Nominees full contact information must be emailed to Ardynn Media
